As President & Owner of Ticket-to-Ride, Inc., Melissa brings the same passion and personal touch that has made her a trusted travel advisor for more than a decade. From sharing her extensive Disney knowledge and securing hard-to-get dining reservations to adding special touches along the way, she loves helping families experience the magic without the stress of planning it all themselves.
One of Melissa’s favorite things about travel is that no two trips are ever the same. She loves experiencing destinations in different ways—from family vacations and girls trips to solo adventures and Ticket-to-Ride, Inc. team trips. Each adventure brings new experiences, special memories, and a different perspective that she can bring back and share with her clients.
Some of Melissa’s favorite adventures have included representing Ticket-to-Ride, Inc. at Disney’s annual EarMarked conference, getting a special preview of Universal’s Epic Universe, and celebrating Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary at Magic Kingdom. No matter how many times she visits, one tradition is always a must: watching the fireworks from Main Street, U.S.A. and seeing Tinker Bell fly across the sky. And when it comes to special events, nothing tops Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party—it’s her absolute favorite!
Today, Melissa leads the Ticket-to-Ride, Inc. team of travel advisors, sharing her experience and passion while continuing to do what she loves most—helping families create unforgettable vacations filled with a little extra magic.

We had a wonderful time at the Wilderness Lodge; it is such a beautiful resort and all the staff were so kind. In fact, my son lost his tooth at the Storybook dining with Snow White and one of the cast members gave him this letter. My 6 year old will always remember how Tinkerbell gave him some treasure at Disney. Also, as you can see, my 4 year old was ecstatic to meet Snow White. I think they will cherish these memories forever. We spent the first day at Animal Kingdom, where we rode Dinosaur, did a safari, and watched Feathered Friends in Flight and It’s Tough to be a Bug. My kids had a blast. We enjoyed an incredible meal at Tiffins that afternoon. The next day we made our way to Magic Kingdom, where we experienced Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pan in flight, The Haunted Mansion, and the Princess Charming Regal Carrousel. We also explored Tom Sawyer Island. We had a delicious and entertaining lunch at Skipper’s Canteen. We went back to the lodge to rest for a bit and then took a scenic boat ride back to Magic Kingdom to end the evening with the spectacular fireworks display. We can’t wait to come back, again!
