As President & CEO of Ticket-To-Ride, INC., Melissa leads Ticket-To-Ride, INC. with the same passion that made her a client favorite — sharing her deep Disney knowledge, snagging those hard-to-get dining reservations, and adding magical extras to every trip. She’s experienced Disney World, Disneyland, both Universal parks, and sailed the Disney Cruise Line many times, with family, with friends, and solo.

She’s run multiple runDisney events, attended the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge media opening, and celebrated the 50th Anniversary — truly trying to experience it all. Magic Kingdom is her happy place: there’s something for everyone, from a nostalgic ride on Dumbo to a meet-and-greet with the Princesses. Today she leads a team of pixie planners dedicated to making your vacation effortless and magical.
